Check-in: 13:30 23:00

• Check-out: Before 12:00 noon
• Early check-in or late check out will be upon availability.
• For early check in, we recommend reserving for the prior night to guarantee immediate check in.
• The free luggage storage room is available at our hotel.

Cancellation Policy: 

• Any cancellation​ or amendment is​ received before 3 days (​before ​72 hours) prior to​ your​ arrival date, no fee will be charged.
• Any cancellation​ or amendment is​ received after 3 days (​ after 72 hours) to arrival date, 100% of the first night room fee and prepaid payment will be charged.
• Failure to arrival at​ our​ hotel​ will be treated as No-show, 100% of ​the first night room fee and prepaid payment will be charged and hotel rooms are not guaranteed. 
• No-show 100% of the first night room fee and prepaid payment will be charged.

Payment method:

• By cash.
• By Visa Card, Master Card and American Express plus 3% bank fee is applied.

Children and Extra beds:

• Child under 6 years old: Free of charge and share bed with parents.
• Child from 6 years and over: surcharge US$ 15/person/night for additional child or an extra bed
• Adults: surcharge US$15/person/night for additional person or an extra bed.

Pets:

• Not allowed.
